Patrice Meredith Clarke

Patrice Meredith Clarke focuses her practice on representing plaintiffs in Medical Malpractice litigation who have sustained injuries as a result of medical negligence. Ms. Clarke also serves as defense counsel to attorneys in legal malpractice suits. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Clarke had a diverse litigation practice in a mid-size firm handling matters involving commercial disputes, health care claims, professional liability issues, appellate advocacy, and personal injury claims, including claims brought by railroad employees under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.

While in law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, and was a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team. Patrice was a law scholar in Federal Civil Procedure. She served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr., of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. Patrice was a Representative of, and then became the Secretary of, the University of Baltimore Student Bar Association.

After law school, Patrice served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Deborah S. Eyler of the Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.

Outside the office, Patrice enjoys running, sailing, and singing. She sings with the Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church Praise Band.
