Mr. Wildberger graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, and began to practice law in 1992. Mr. Wildberger began his practice of law at a large firm in Baltimore, where he remained until April, 1995. In 1995, Mr. Wildberger left the large law firm to join Kathleen Howard Meredith and Charles E. Iliff, Jr., the co-founders of the firm which is now named Iliff, Meredith, Wildberger & Brennan, P.C., in the formation of a small litigation firm where his primary area of practice concentration would be representation of victims of medical negligence. Mr. Wildberger became a shareholder of the firm which is now named Iliff, Meredith, Wildberger & Brennan, P.C. in 2003.

Since 1995, Mr. Wildberger’s practice has emphasized representation of victims of medical negligence. Mr. Wildberger is highly skilled and experienced in all phases of litigation, and he is steadfast and tireless in his advocacy of the rights of his clients. An opposing attorney described Mr. Wildberger as “relentless” in a difficult case in which Mr. Wildberger ultimately achieved an outstanding result for his client. Mr. Wildberger’s practice also regularly includes representation of plaintiffs in serious personal injury or wrongful death cases that involve other areas of law, such as automobile or truck accidents or product liability.

Mr. Wildberger has been listed in Maryland Super Lawyers since 2010, and he has also held many offices and board and committee positions with the Maryland Association for Justice, among other legal organizations. Mr. Wildberger currently serves as Treasurer of the Maryland Association for Justice, having also previously served as Parliamentarian, and as Chair of the Medical Negligence Section, the Legislative Committee and the Public Awareness/Pro Bono Committee. Mr. Wildberger has served on the Board of Governors of the Maryland Association for Justice since 2007.  Mr. Wildberger served on the Judicial Nominating Commission for Carroll County, Maryland from 2008 through 2014.  He is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Committee on Laws.  He spends significant time in Annapolis lobbying for civil justice and the rights of victims of negligence.
