Biography: After graduation from University of Maryland School of law in 1992, David joined the Baltimore firm Semmes, Bowen & Semmes, where he practiced in the Trial Department first as a Staff Attorney, then as an Associate. In 1995, he left Semmes to join former Semmes partners Kathleen Meredith and Charlie Iliff in the formation of the trial firm, Iliff & Meredith, P.C. Since that time, David has concentrated his practice in the areas of Medical Malpractice, representing Plaintiffs in claims arising from medical injury.
